8.8.2013: Had some intermittent server problems over the last couple of weeks. Things should be back up to speed now. Sorry if it got in your way!

MyStar is a stellar lifecycle game. Here you can create different types of stars, in different parts of the galaxy. Once you have a star you can add planets, and even try for life. All of this happens at a million years a minute (for reference, that would make our solar system about three days old).

As much as possible, MyStar is based on our current understanding of the real world. The evolution of the stars, the incidence of supernovas, etc., are all based on current science.

Things To Know

Take your time: MyStar runs at one million years to a minute. At that rate it can take days to establish life on a planet.

Build your funds: You start with limited currency, but your systems earn you more over time. Build what you can, then check back later.

Watch for habitable zones: Some parts of the galaxy are dangerous for life, and not all regions around a star are hospitable either.
